Part-Time Maternity Cover Contract
Dublin City Centre

Our client is a financial services organisation based in Dublin City Centre. They are currently recruiting for an Accounts & Database Administrator to cover a maternity contract on a part-time basis.

This is an exciting opportunity for you to develop and broaden both your accounting and database skills.

Your main responsibilities will include;
• Posting journal entries to general ledger
• Managing the purchase ledger process and cash balances
• Preparing & analyzing monthly management accounts’
• Liaise with tax tram on VAT returns
• Preparing sales invoices & credit notes
• Performing credit control
• Ensure all event related income & costs are accounted for
• Attend to ad hoc tasks as required

• Qualified/Part Qualified Accounting Technician
• 2+ years’ experience working with accounting packages
• Databases and systems experience such (Microsoft CRM Dynamics)
• Proficient Microsoft Office user (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Strong report writing skills
• Deadline driven
