Role: Area Manager
Location: South Dublin
Client: My client is a leading retail bank.
Role Summary: The successful job holder will be responsible for leading teams to deliver excellent sales, business growth and customer experience.
The Area Manager is accountable for the business performance of the assigned area and is responsible for leading the development of an area strategy to deliver the full range of products and services to a diverse customer base.
The role requirements are split into the following areas:
1. Networking & Profile (develop successful networks, lead marketing campaigns, relationship management)
2. Leading the team (driving sales, service, governance, profitability and team)
3. Delivery of Sales Targets
4. Accountable for ensuring Governance, Controls and Standards is robust
7-10 years' experience in a similar role
Proven track record in leading high performing sales teams
