Assistant Company Secretary – Financial Services
Our client, a leading asset management company is currently recruiting for an Assistant Company Secretary to join their team.
Responsibilities will include advising companies on any queries they have in relation to AGM’s, annual returns, attending board meetings and drafting up minutes, assist with the incorporation of companies and preparation and filing of all statutory forms when required
You will be ICSA qualified or part-qualified with 2 – 3 years’ experience working in a Company Secretarial role
