Our client is a large and progressive law firm based in Dublin 2. Due to business growth they are recruiting for a Bid and Tenders Coordinator to join their busy team.

Responsibilities include:
• Drafting pitches, tenders, brochures and presentations
• Managing the tender process - researching, tailoring, producing and submitting tenders to public and private enterprises
• Post tender analysis and reporting
• Improvement of bid processes

Requirements:
• Minimum 2 – 3 years’ experience managing tenders in a corporate/professional services company
• Experience of managing large volumes of tenders is essential.
• Excellent communication, project management, time management, decision making and analytical skills.
