Change & Engagement HR Manager - EXCLUSIVE ROLE!
Our client is one of Ireland’s leading retail brands. They have a newly created opportunity on their HR team for a Training and Engagement Manager to join them.
You will assist with the rolling out of a new Business Transformation Project across the business as well as managing and delivering all in-house training programmes.
This role will work very closely with the Head of HR and CEO of the business.
Communications & Engagement
oWork effectively with different departments to agree communication plans and processes to support successful delivery of the project
oCreate trusting relationships within the organisation to support members of the project during peak trade and go-live periods by being aware of the changes that are happening and acting as a support network for any queries or concerns
oWork with the HR team to design and implement engagement events to celebrate successes throughout the project
Learning and Development
oWorking with internal stakeholders to define the training needs of the business
oDevise a training plan in line with the company’s HR Strategy
oDesign and Deliver all training content, materials and tools
oEnsure training methods are in line with the organisations values and reach KPIs
•5-7 years’ experience in HR/Change Management role ideally with experience working on or implementing a change management programme
•Excellent relationship management skills to build strong, effective relationships with internal stakeholders
•Strong attention to detail while analysing and interpreting large amounts of data to propose solutions
•Experience working in the retail industry would be advantageous but not essential
