Client Service Manager (Cash Management)

Our client is currently seeking a Client Service Manager to join their Dublin based team. The ideal candidate will oversee the cash management service and global liquidity. This person will also be heavily client engaged and have a passion for providing excellent customer.

The Job:
• Demonstrate a sound knowledge of the payment industry
• Act as advisor to internal stakeholders
• Interpret client needs and liaise between sales & implementation teams
• Coordinate the delivery of client training where appropriate
• Ensure customer issues are investigated & resolved to client satisfaction
• Acts as single point of contact for designated client portfolio
• Ensure swift and clear communication to clients and internal stakeholders
• Ensure that the process requirements are met, adhered to & completed
• Identify areas to improve client satisfaction

The Candidate:
• Min 5 years’ experience in managing client relationships
• Proven client focus & ability to provide outstanding client service
• Strong interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent analytical, organisational and time management skills
• Knowledge of payment themes, clearing systems & cash management
• Experience with SWIFT/SEPA
• Extensive liquidity and cash management product knowledge
• Self-motivated and should be able to work under minimal supervision
• Good team player & ability to work cross functionally
