My client a leading service financial services provider has a new opening for a Company Secretary Manager. The Senior Company Secretary is responsible for managing a specific client portfolio in respect of board meeting preparation, attendance at meetings and complying with all regulatory requirements of the client portfolio.
This will suit a Senior Company Secretary who is ICSA qualified, experienced in financial services industry with 2 + years company secretarial - ICSA qualification.
• Manage the business of a range of corporate entities through the setting of agendas, preparation and distribution of Board packs.
• Ensuring the filing of all statutory forms and returns at the Companies Registration Office, as required, in addition to regularly reviewing the information in the statutory books, client files and Blueprint Company Secretarial database to ensure that the information is consistent and up to date
