Company Secretary – Funds
My client is a global Investments company based in Dublin 2. They are keen to recruit a Company Secretary to join their team. Suitable candidates will have at least 2 years’ experience in the Company Secretarial space, ideally within funds.
•You will manage a portfolio of clients, providing excellent customer service
•Attending board meetings and taking minutes
•Preparing and distributing board packs
•Creating checklists and agendas while liaising with directors
•Drafting full, accurate board meetings and written resolutions
•Provide administrative support to the wider team, ensuring real-time information is included in all board materials
•Assist in the creation and updating of all policies and procedures within the organisation
•At least 2 years’ experience in a similar role
•Exposure to with international funds structures and documentations
•Strong attention to detail
•Excellent client service skills
