Company Secretary- Funds, 2 – 4 years’ experience
Our client is an international fund and corporate services provider. They are currently recruiting for a Corporate Secretary to join their team.
In this role you will be responsible for a varied portfolio of clients including real estate and corporate entities such as funds, trusts and companies.
•Work closely with the company Secretary Manager assisting with day to day duties for each entity
•Prepare for and attend board and shareholder meetings
•Review client payments and undertake regular cash reconciliations
•Assist with the preparation and monitoring of client files such as KYC and corporate files
•Constant maintenance of statutory records for entities and ensuring filing requirements are met
•ICSA qualified or part-qualified is advantageous
•Previous corporate/company secretarial experience
•Ability to prioritise workload and handle multiple projects
•Strong communication and relationship management skills
