Company Secretary, Part-Time – Financial Services
Our client, a financial services company are currently recruiting for a Company Secretary Manager to join their team on a part-time basis. Suitable candidates will have 4 – 5 years’ experience in a Company Secretarial or Legal Counsel position.
Responsibilities will include setting of agendas, preparation and distribution of Board packs; ensuring the filing of all statutory forms and returns at the Companies Registration Office, regularly reviewing the information in the statutory books, client files and company secretarial database to ensure that the information is consistent and kept up to date. Advising on commercial contracts and NDA’s. Providing general legal support and company law advice where necessary.
