Our Client, one of the leading providers of Financial Services in Ireland, is seeking a contact administrator to join their team based in Dublin City Centre. In this role you will be responsible for taking in bound and outbound calls. Dealing with customer queries/ complaints etc
1 .Deal with all calls in a timely fashion.
2. Ensure professionalism at all times.
3 Be prepared to work shift hours
4. Have patience and be a good listener
1: 1-2 years experience
2: Excellent communication skills
3 :Excellent customer service skills a requirement
