Our client is a global financial services organisation based in Dublin city centre.

Due to continued growth and expansion they are now keen to hire for a Company Secretary who will take responsibility for all company secretarial governance matters.

Ideal candidates must also have a proven track record of administering Boards in a Financial Services regulated environment. And also have deep knowledge of the Central Bank of Ireland’s Corporate Governance Requirements for Credit Institutions 2015

You must feel comfortable advising Boards of regulated entities on corporate governance matters.

This opportunity will suit a qualified Chartered Secretary (ICSA) or a qualified legal or accountancy professional with extensive experience in financial services.

Min. 6 years' pqe.

Key responsibilities:

Company Secretarial:

providing advice to the Board
providing assistance to Head Office on any corporate governance matters, and managing company secretarial matters
ensuring the smooth running of the Boards and Board Committees

Corporate Governance:

Maintain and update the Corporate Governance Policy
Facilitate the Board execution of Corporate Governance Compliance statements,
Monitor compliance with requirements in the Corporate Governance Policy
