Our client is a leading International Bank with a Dublin operation. They are looking to recruit for a Customer Complaints Official. This is a 12 month contract position based in Dublin City Centre.

The Job:
• Excellent telephone manner and the ability to communicate with customers in a professional way
• Provide exceptional Customer Service in a courteous and sensitive manner
• Prompt recording of all complaint correspondence
• Liaising with other departments as appropriate for the investigation and resolution of complaints
• Provide data and feedback on complaints and issues to management as required to facilitate feedback to other departments
• Analyse the root cause of complaints and put action plans in place to avoid the repeat occurrence of any similar issues

The Person:
• QFA qualified or at a minimum APA qualified
• Knowledge of banking products and processes
• Strong administration/letter writing skills
• Strong numeracy and organisational skills
• Excellent PC skills
