Experienced Administrator – South Dublin
Our client is a leading blue chip retailer based in South Dublin. They have a newly created position for an experienced Administrator to join their Leasing and Commercialisation team.
This is a permanent position reporting to the Leasing Manager.
This is a systems based role, so successful candidates will have previous experience working with an in-house system, and strong administration skills.
• Drafting and reviewing of contracts and legal documents
• Inputting data and keeping up to date on the internal systems
• Continuously monitoring documents during processing to ensure they are being progressed
• Act as the key point of contact between internal and external stakeholders
• General administration such as making travel arrangements and organising events and meetings
• A process driven individual with strong systems experience
• A degree in law or business studies
• Administration experience with an interest in law
• Excellent attention to detail
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong relationships
