My client, a pharmaceutical company based in Dublin South is seeking an accounts assistant for a 6 month contract with a view to being extended or made permanent.
To provide confidential administrative support to the Head of Finance and various other departments when required.
• Preparation of month end accounts
• To give secretarial support to the Head of Finance
• Documentation and filing of company financial records
• Checking and filing of all invoices, and preparation of payments
• Liaise with banks
• Liaise with sales, marketing & compliance to ensure all invoices are correct
• Liaise with external suppliers of goods/services to ensure all invoices are correct
• Preparation of Intrastat records for filing with revenue
• Coordination of company credit cards & monthly expense reclaim from company employees.

• Minimum Leaving Certificate Education
• Financial experience
• Experience with Microsoft Navision
• Experience with AP, AR, Payroll and banking
• Skill with PowerPoint, Excel & Word
