Head of Fund Administration
Our client is currently seeking a Head of Fund Administration to set up their new Fund Administration division. This is a leadership role within the Fund Administration team, with the ideal candidate being someone who is ambitious with a passion to help grow the Fund Administration base.
•Drive the development, implementation and evaluation of the business.
•Ensure that risk management policies and procedures are implemented.
•Work with different business channels to grow the Fund Administration business.
•Build and develop the Fund Administration team.
•Lead the team to develop business plans.
•Demonstrate effective leadership & management with agreed policies & procedures.
•Drive development using all resources available to achieve success.
•Work within funds service and support both the global and local strategy.
•Comprehensive experience in Fund Administration.
•Third-level degree for finance, accounting, or similar discipline.
•An understanding of the Irish fund industry and structures used.
•Knowledge of Real Estate, Private Equity and/or Private Debt.
•High level of leadership skills.
•Excellent interpersonal and management skills.
•Ability to understand, inspire and develop others.
•Ability to formulate and select the most appropriate solutions.
•Analytical, detail-oriented, and deadline-driven.
•Ability to work effectively in a team.
