Our client is a prominent international financial services organisation based in Dublin city.
They are currently hiring for a Head of HR to lead an established team for the Irish entity.
This position will suit HR professionals with min. 10 years' experience (5 of which will be at management level).
This position will be operational and strategic in its remit.
You will have a highly level of autonomy but will also be experience to work closely with global HR group to roll out and implement policies and procedures in Ireland.
You will work closely with the senior management team, and be expected to drive and manage the function to the highest standards.
There are 4 direct reports.
This role reports to the Country CEO.
Exceptional experience of managing employee engagement strategies
Financial Services experience, preferable, but not essential
Experience of working in a large, global organisation essential
People management experience essential
An energetic and proactive approach, with a keen understanding of what it requires to lead a best practice HR function
