Our client is a highly regarded, global organisation in the manufacturing sector.
They employ over 200 people in Dublin, and have plans to grow and expand the business in 2019.
Part of this growth strategy includes appointing a Head of HR to the Irish business.
This is a truly exciting opportunity for a HR professional with significant experience gained across operations and strategy.
You will have min. 12 years' experience as a HR professional, at least 5 of which will be at senior management level
You will have excellent leadership skills
You will have experience of dealing with a unionised environment
You must have the gravitas to deal with senior management, and the ability to deal with a growing and changing environment (change management experience is essential)
Ideally you will be coming from a manufacturing or distribution background
Location: West Dublin
