Head of Sales Support
Our client, a global agri-tech company headquartered in South Dublin are currently recruiting for a Head of Sales Support to join their team. This is an excellent, opportunistic time to join a fast-growing organisation in the post start-up phase.
The role will interact and support the entire senior executive team, and will have the global marketing function reporting into them.
Suitable candidates will come from a Sales and Marketing background with a project management mind-set. Direct experience in managing challenging, commercial projects/programmes is advantageous. As our client begins to invest in building brand equity across a number of high priority markets, experience in devising, implementing and activating digital/non-digital sales & marketing strategies is required. As the company continues to expand their global footprint; there will be a requirement for International travel across a number of high priority regions.
•Act as a key support to the Senior Executive Team
•Attend high-profile industry events to build and progress the companies’ network
•Ensure the Dublin HQ is positioned to provide the global sales and marketing teams with complete guidance and support with respect to the Sales & Marketing deliverables being achieved
•Direct and manage sales operations and marketing resources to efficiently support the sales and marketing departments
•Manage multi-region opportunities by building and managing project specific sales support teams and provide support to facilitate opportunity conversion
•Manage the CRM system and provide system administration support for sales, marketing and customer service where required
•Sales Process ownership – as defined in conjunction with outside sales consultancy
•Work with sales and marketing and operations to develop and implement comprehensive strategies, systems, tactics, metrics and action plans, to grow and support sales revenue targets
•Analyse business processes and collaborate to identify opportunities to streamline processes
•Develop metrics for both Sales and Marketing departments and provide performance reports for the Executive Team on a weekly basis
•Chair and facilitate weekly review meetings with the sales team in different regions
•Responsibility for lead generation in all regions utilizing social media and online tools
•Lead in sourcing and providing content for the MagGrow and Resellers web sites across all social media channels
•Supporting Resellers marketing and sales requirements which may include attending internal/externa events
