Our client is a global funds organisation based in Dublin City Centre. They have a current opening for a HR Analyst to join their team.
This strategic role has a focus on HR Analytics and primary responsibility for HRIS and HR reporting.
Develop, implement and test system changes - leading initiatives to improve efficiency and performance
Providing support and acting as point of contact on HRIS queries for the HR operations team
Conduct system security checks, monitor data integrity, maintain GDPR compliance
Prepare and design HR reporting and provide key HR data insights and statistics
• Third level qualification in IT/Computer Applications or Human Resources
• Previous HR Analytics experience is a distinct advantage
• 3-5 years’ experience working in a fast paced environment
• Previous experience of managing a HR system is an advantage
