HR Analyst

Our client is a global funds organisation based in Dublin City Centre. They have a current opening for a HR Analyst to join their team.
This strategic role has a focus on HR Analytics and primary responsibility for HRIS and HR reporting.

Responsibilities:
 Develop, implement and test system changes - leading initiatives to improve efficiency and performance
 Providing support and acting as point of contact on HRIS queries for the HR operations team
 Conduct system security checks, monitor data integrity, maintain GDPR compliance
 Prepare and design HR reporting and provide key HR data insights and statistics

Key Requirements:
• Third level qualification in IT/Computer Applications or Human Resources
• Previous HR Analytics experience is a distinct advantage
• 3-5 years’ experience working in a fast paced environment
• Previous experience of managing a HR system is an advantage
