My client is a corporate service provider based in Dublin City Centre. They are looking for a HR Administrator to join their team on an initial 6 month contract, with a view to permanency.
•Responsible for completing all HR Administrative duties for the HR team
•Update and maintain the internal HR database, ensuring high attention to detail
•Assist the HR team with the recruitment and selection process; liaising with agencies, coordinating interviews, screening CV’s, drafting job descriptions
•Act as the first point of contact for all HR related queries within the organisation
•Prepare and produce monthly HR reports
•Assist with monthly payroll duties
•1 – 2 years’ experience working as a HR Administrator
•3rd level business or HR related degree, CIPD qualification is an advantage
•Strong attention to detail
•Excellent communication skills
•Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
