Reports to: Head of HR

My client is a leading household name based in North Dublin City Centre. They are currently recruiting for a HR Generalist to join their HR team. There will be a strong focus on recruitment with this position.

As HR Generalist you will be responsible for overseeing the A – Z of the HR function which includes recruitment & selection, HR business partnering, performance management and training & development.

•Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from sourcing CV’s to extending offers and generating documentation such as contracts while designing and implementing effective and innovative strategies to source the right talent for the company
•Screen candidates, carry out interviews and manage candidates throughout the recruitment process
•Ensure continuous improvement and updating of HR policies and procedures
•Manage and oversee constant improvements to the performance review system and process that’s in place
•Act as a Business Partner to Senior Management in terms of providing coaching and training on all HR related matters
•Design and deliver all internal training programmes and plans in line with company needs

•At least 3 years’ HR experience with strong exposure to recruitment
•Previous experience working in the retail industry would be advantageous
•Strong attention to detail
•Experience dealing with a high volume of roles at any one time
•Excellent communication skills with the ability to build strong relationships at all levels
•An organised individual with the ability to prioritise and multitask
