Our client, a global aircraft leasing company is urgently seeking a HR Generalist on a 12-month maternity cover contract.
You will manage HR project while the Head of HR is travelling and will also be responsible for:
• HR administration including managing work permit & visa applications, starters/leavers/transfers, exit interviews, contract changes and salary and benefits administration
• Compiling and preparing monthly payroll
• Reporting and data analysis
• Assisting with recruitment
• Ensuring company policies are updated with relevant legislative changes
• HR projects
• 3+ years’ HR experience at a Generalist level
• Third level qualification in Human Resources or related
• CIPD qualified
