HR Generalist – Wexford
Our client is a Telecommunications company. They are currently recruiting for a HR Generalist to join their team. As HR Generalist you will be responsible for overseeing the A – Z of the HR function which includes recruitment, HR compliance, performance management, HR training and HR IS.
This role will report in to the Operations Manager.
•Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from sourcing CV’s to extending offers and generating documentation such as contracts
•Continuous improvement of HR policies and procedures
•Champion and oversee constant improvements to the performance review system and process that’s in place
•Act as a Business Partner to Senior Management in terms of providing coaching and training
•You will be educated to degree level and will have CIPD membership
•2 – 3 years’ experience in a HR role
•International HR experience is preferred
•Strong recruitment experience
