HR Manager – South Dublin
My client is a global technology company with headquarters based in South Dublin. They are currently recruiting for a HR Manager to join their team there.
Reports to: HR Director
•Successfully manage a HR team providing mentoring and coaching in line with company standards, policies and procedures
•Act as a key business partner where new company acquisition and merges are taking place, assisting with responsibilities such as on boarding and retention
•Manage the implementation and rolling out of new policies and procedures around performance, talent development, succession planning
•Produce reports and provide data analysis to Senior Management in relation to staff retention, salary reviews and market trends as well as health and safety issues etc.
•Partner with the management team to provide advice around HR matters such as employment law, HR policies, training, talent development
•5 years’ HR Management experience
•Strong knowledge of Irish employment law with international HR exposure
•People management skills
