HR Manager – Technology
Our client, an IT consultancy based in Dublin City Centre has a current opening for a HR Manager to join their Dublin team. This is a 12 month contract role.
•Manage employee engagement
•Coach and develop people leaders and managers
•Act as a key point of contact for the HR system
•Oversee all HR reporting and data analytics
•Minimise risks associated with employee relations, resourcing and performance management
•Oversee all operational HR activities including recruitment, resourcing, absence, performance management and employee relations
•HR professional with 5+ years’ experience
•Strong experience in coaching and managing a team
•Excellent knowledge of employment law and HR best practices
•Previous experience using a HR system
•Experience working with staff globally would be advantageous
•Sound HR knowledge in the areas of employee relations, performance management and learning and development
