Our client is a Irish owned and managed supplier to the construction industry.
Employing over 150 staff, they are located in multiple locations in Ireland.
Dublin is the head office.
Due to ongoing growth across the organisation, they are now keen to hire a HR Manager/Head of HR to the group.
This role will report directly to the Managing Director.
Ideal candidate will have min. 8 years' experience, 3 of which must be at management level
You will be responsible for HR strategy, organisational development, recruitment, talent management, employee relations, overseeing training, compliance related to HR etc.
This role requires a senior individual who can implement policies and procedures, and identify opportunities across the HR function that will help improve and develop the business.
You will be commercially minded and results focused.
