Junior HR Business Partner – Telecommunications
Our client, a telecommunications company based in Dublin City Centre has a current opening for a Junior HR Business Partner to join their Dublin team.
•Work as part of a business partnering team supporting the wider business
•Coach and develop people leaders and managers
•Assist with talent management and development within the business
•Look after day to day HR responsibilities including recruitment & sourcing, absence management, performance management and employee relations
•HR Manager with strong experience in coaching and managing a team
•Excellent knowledge of employment law and HR best practices
•Sound HR knowledge in the areas of employee relations, resource management, compensation & benefits, performance management and learning and development
