Our client, a long-established Financial Consulting / Brokerage firm providing market leading service in the Private Client and Group Pension financial services industry. The firm services a large client base of individual and Group Pension Schemes together with insurance protection and investment clients. As part of their continued business growth, they are now seeking a Junior Life & Pensions financial planning administrator to join their back office team.
• Responsible for the timely processing of client documentation and liaising with Life Office and other Financial institutions on pipeline management.
• This is a hands on role working in a busy environment, actively servicing clients and dealing with multiple aspects of servicing / administration.
Providing insurance, investment & pension administration support to an extensive client base
Dealing financial planning queries from clients.
Ensuring the accuracy of Benefits Statements and other contract documentation
Managing new business administration
Preparation of client communications
Maintaining existing client relationships
Working closely with the Client Services Manager and other staff on the back office administration team, to provide support to clients of the firm
Relevant business qualification
Interest in progressing with relevant studies - QFA and/or related exams
Quick learner with proven problem solving abilities
Ability to work in a fast paced environment
Professional and client-oriented approach
Proficiency in Microsoft and database systems
Strong numerical skills
