Our client, a leading global financial services organisation is urgently seeking an Administrator to join their team on an initial 6-month contract.
You will be involved in the day to day administration activities and will gain excellent exposure to legal documentation. This is an ideal opportunity for a motivated graduate with 6 – 12 months office administration experience.
• Reviewing legal documentation for typos, grammatical errors and reconciliation against a cover sheet
• Ensuring documentation is executed correctly
• Printing, scanning, couriers, post, document filing, email management
• Assisting the Company Secretarial team with ad hoc projects
• Third level qualification
• A minimum of 6 months office administration experience
• High level of attention to detail
