Managing Director - RegTech (exclusive role)
Our client, a leading and highly successful Funds firm, is currently seeking a Managing Director to lead their Dublin based organisation. The ideal candidate will work within the Funds (buyside) or Fund Management space with a detailed understanding and proven track record of growing a technology driven global financial services firm. This individual will be solutions driven and provide strategic leadership to achieve strong revenue growth and business objectives. The organisation is going through a major global expansion and the MD will play a key role in M&A activity in Europe. The MD will also focus on developing client driven technology regulatory focused products and create a "centre of excellence" in Dublin.

•Lead and support the business to achieve sales, revenue, profitability & business objectives
•Use knowledge of products, clients and operations to negotiate contracts
•Review and approve all contract pricing while partnering with legal to ensure compliance
•Initiate and preside over business transformation and productivity initiatives
•Evaluates talent & training ensuring proper tools and resources are provided
•Possess ownership of the P&L to exceed financial and operational goals
•Work with finance to implement operating plans, forecasts & strategic plans
•Translates corporate strategies into clear objectives and plans for units and individuals
•Responsible for decisions on priority at the group level & act as escalation point for issues
•Manage client relationships to maximise retention, satisfaction and win new business
•Prerequisite - min 10+ years in a management position in funds or investment management ideally in a client, sales/BD and operational role
•Full P&L accountability in a global complex B2B environment
•Knowledge of and demonstrable experience in Asset Management, Fintech, or B2B SaaS
•A seasoned operator who earns respect through the experience & insights
•Ability to provide direction, leadership & guidance for business activities across all functions
•Ability to lead ensuring revenue growth & profitability targets are achieved & sustained
•Ability to align the vision & strategy to operational tactics and collaborate to achieve goals
•Excellent communicator, comfortable operating in shared services organisations
