Office Administrator – Utilities Company, South Dublin
Our client is an Energy provider based in South Dublin. They have an opening on their operations team for an Operations Administrator to join them.
Suitable candidates will have 6 – 12 months’ experience in an Administration or Operations focused role.
•Action and resolve daily sales cases within an agreed timeframe
•Daily monitoring of inbound Market Messages
•Action customer emails and ensure contact within an agreed time frame
•Liaise with sales personnel to resolve any issues/queries that arise
•Act as a key point of contact for all service providers to the business
•Handling customer complaints while ensuring company policy guidelines are being met
•6 – 12 months’ experience in an operations or administration type role
•Customer Service focused with strong relationship management skills
•Ability to work well under pressure and to meet tight deadlines
•Comfortable working in a high energy environment
