Our client, a fintech company based in South County Dublin are recruiting for an office administrator to join their busy front of house team.

Responsibilities include:

Organising travel

Meeting and greeting clients and visitors

Coordinating meetings and meeting rooms

Supporting purchasing including issuing PO’s and invoices

Supporting facilities and vendor management

Requirements:

2-3 years’ experience in a Reception/Administration role

Excellent customer service skills
Attention to detail
