PA/Administrator - Financial Services
Our client, a global financial services organisation is currently recruiting for a PA / Administrative Assistant on a 1-year full time contract.
Reporting to the HR Department your responsibilities will include:
• Travel arrangements for the Dublin office
• Arranging meetings and taking minutes
• Management of office supplies
• General Reception duties
You must have previous experience working in a corporate environment.
