My client, a leading financial services company is seeking an experienced Payroll Manager to join their growing Finance Team.
•Organise monthly salary, taxes, company payments & deductions and employee benefits programmes
•Ensure monthly payroll changes are processed accurately by the relevant Payroll outsource provider, managing monthly processing, approval and reconciliation.
•Ensure payroll is processed accurately and in a timely manner in compliance with revenue rules
•Liaise with management & HR function to ensure accurate flow of information across departments
•Initiate process improvement within the payroll function
•Manage employee benefit programmes
•Manage the Time & Attendance processes
•Attend to ad hoc requests as required
•iPass / Accounting Qualification
•5 + year’s operational and managerial payroll experience
•Previous experience working with various currencies, time zones etc.
•Strong understanding of Irish PAYE & PRSI
•Outsourcing payroll management experience, an advantage
•Ability to work as part of a team
•Excellent attention to detail required.
•Proficient MS Office user
