Personal Assistant – Financial Services
Our client is a financial services organisation based in Dublin City Centre. They are currently recruiting for a Personal Assistant to support the CEO of the company. You will also provide ad-hoc administrative support to the wider executive team.
•Extensive diary management
•Making international travel arrangements
•Coordinating board meetings and events
•Attending meetings and taking minutes
•Screening incoming calls and emails
•Prepare presentations, reports and board packs ahead of meetings
•Processing expenses and invoicing
•3 - 5 years’ PA experience in professional or financial services
•Strong Microsoft office skills
•Excellent attention to detail
•Strong organisation and diary management skills
•Experience in using a CRM previously would be desirable
