Our client is a leading financial services organisation. They are currently expanding their team of Corporate Secretaries and have a vacancy for one more to join them.
Suitable candidates will have strong PA and minute taking experience, ideally with some exposure to working in financial services.
•Maintaining a calendar for a number of directors within the business
•Coordinating meetings with internal and external participants
•Preparing and distribution of board packs ahead of meetings
•Making travel arrangements and organising itineraries for directors
•Monitoring expenses and invoicing
•Provide any additional administrative support to the team where necessary
•2 – 3 years’ experience working as a Personal Assistant
•Strong minute taking experience
•Excellent attention to detail
•Ability to build strong relationships with senior stakeholders within the business
