Our client is an International Financial Services Institution with a Corporate Headquarters in Dublin.
They are looking to recruit a Procedure Writing Manager.
•Review and document existing procedures in a user friendly and standardised format
•Create Visio Process Maps for each procedure
•Make procedure documents and maps available to users in a digital format
•Develop a multi-channel process for issuing “Must Read” documents
•Develop a version control
•Create an accurate log of active procedures
•Develop procedure publication communications, including change summaries
•Strong communication skills
•Proficient in process mapping on Visio
•Strong Customer centric focus
•Must have a very flexible approach to work
•Excellent attention to detail required
•Good business acumen and understanding of procedural issues and challenges
•Proactive team member
