My client, an IT Consultancy based in Dublin City Centre is currently recruiting for a Recruitment Manager to join their team on a 12 month contract.
This role will have two direct reports.
•Lead and manage a team of recruiters globally ensuring they produce positive results for the business
•Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers and external recruitment agencies
•Ability to provide strong technical knowledge of the recruitment market
•Use innovative techniques to design and deliver effective recruitment campaigns
•Take ownership of the recruitment process for all senior level positions within your area
•Assist with the delivery of specific projects that come in to play in order to promote and present the capabilities of the Talent Resourcing team
•Oversee and manage the graduate recruitment programme
•3 – 5 years’ in-house recruitment experience
•Strong relationship building and stakeholder management skills
•Ability to use direct sourcing models including all aspects of Social Media eg. LinkedIn
•Experience in managing a team of recruiters
•Ability to work as part of a team as well as on own initiative
