Senior HR Generalist – Financial Services
Our client is a global funds organisation based in Dublin City Centre. They have a current opening for a Senior HR Generalist to join their team. Suitable candidates will have strong Generalist HR experience ideally coming from a financial services organisation.
You will be held responsible for the A – Z of HR work for a number of business units within the organisation.
•Assist with the end to end recruitment and selection process including interviewing and induction
•Maintain records, employee information as well as the inputting of data to the internal HR system
•Prepare reports for payroll
•Act as a first point of contact to employees for all HR related queries
•Assist with the development and implementation of training programmes for staff
•Ensure Compensation & Benefits files and reports are kept up to date and in order
•A 2:1 degree in Human Resource Management
•CIPD membership is preferred
•3 – 5 years’ experience in a busy HR Department
•Financial Services experience would be a distinct advantage
•Excellent communication skills and the ability to communicate and build relationships with staff members at all levels
•Strong understanding of employment law, HR policies and procedures
