Senior Client Relationship Manager, Funds
Our client, a global Funds firm, is currently seeking a Senior Relationship Manager to join their team expanding Client Management team. The right individual must have strong communication skills and ideally someone who is comfortable originating sales, doing RFP's and managing clients to the highest level.
•Ensures the delivery of relationship excellence to a designated client base.
•Develops effective and strategic relationships with the most senior levels.
•Translate and communicate product, market and client insights.
•Acts as a point of escalation in cases where client issues arise.
•Leads teams in reaching effective problem resolution.
•Responsible for increasing relationship penetration.
•Identifies new revenue objectives, regulatory changes and client investment strategy.
•Translate & customise key market, strategy and regulation messaging.
•Identify and coordinate innovative and integrated solutions.
•Illustrates a deep understanding of the risk framework.
• Must have a strong understanding of the Asset Management, Fund Administration and Financial Institutions Market.
•Understands and can describe the full spectrum of major products.
•Knowledge of the regulatory environment.
•Consultative, strategic relationship management & sales experience.
•Ability to successfully operate within a team.
•Experience in executing an Insight-Led Sales Strategy.
•Experience of deploying technology to support sales.
•Strong communication skills with presentation skills and excellent writing ability.
•Detail oriented, ability to see open issues to resolution, & negotiation skills.
•Foreign language abilities and knowledge of foreign markets are desirable.
•Travel will be required in this role.
