Shareholder Services - Client Services Supervisor French/German Speaker

The Panel is currently engaged to source a Shareholder Services Client Services Supervisor on behalf of a Fund Manager in Dublin city centre on a permanent basis

This position is accountable for providing high quality service through the technical support of the day-to-day Call Centre activity and handling of Investor and Distributor queries. The individual will apply their knowledge to outstanding issues, promptly resolve where possible and escalate items where necessary to the line manager whilst providing all clients with an exceptional experience in all engagements

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for the resolution of Internal and External enquiries from distributors and investors
• Provide client statistics and reports
• Liaise with other TA departments to ensure timely resolution of queries
• Responsible for the process management and quality improvement, adhering to Good TA practices, planning and executing work flows in order to minimise risk and to increase efficiencies
• Escalation point, people management, provide coaching, mentoring and leadership to the team
• Ensure all queries are managed through CRM application in a timely manner to facilitate timely resolution
• Manage the resolution of outstanding queries, taking action where required
• Provides metrics from the tracking applications

Requirements:

• Technical expertise, ability to understand Register & Transfer Agency operating models end to end and business drivers.

The salary for this role is negotiable depending on experience and includes an excellent benefits package
