SVP Client Relationship Manager, Funds

Our client, a global financial institution is seeking to recruit a SVP Client Relationship Manager. The individual will be a key point of representation of the client within the organisation. They will work with internal parties and participate in Client Service Reviews, Due-diligence visits as well as oversee significant client initiatives. You will manage priority and key clients at a strategic level and be actively involved in regular dialogue with clients to ensure the highest level of client service.

The Role:

• Responsible for the end to end service delivery to the client across Custody, Middle Office, Fund Accounting and Transfer Agency
• Build long-term collaborative relationships with key Investor Services clients
• Act as trusted advisor on operational matters
• Implement required policies and controls within the department
• Prepare and review of core Client Documentation e.g. SLAs, Ops Memos
• Review and approve monthly invoicing for Funds Operations
• Identify issues and challenges and manage these with the internal stakeholders
• Support and lead internal virtual team meetings
• Improve and maintain high client satisfaction scores

The Candidate:

• Minimum 10 years’ working experience in financial services
• Prior experience in Custody, Middle Office and all other Fund Services Operations is essential
• 3rd Level Degree, preferably in a business discipline
• Strong customer focus with an ability to evaluate needs and develop solutions
• Enthusiastic, driven and results focused
• Must be strong self-motivator with ability to work off own initiative
• Ability to identify and delivery capacity via joint efficiency initiatives with the client, helping the business to grow
• Excellent communications skills; written, verbal and presentations
