Role PMO Technical Service Support Project Manager
Our department ensures that new or modified IT services are designed in line with production environment standards. In this role you are responsible for controlling the movement of IT developments to the run environment. You will manage acceptance planning, handover requirements, QA and post production support and advise on rollout approach and ensure teams follow the agreed service transition processes and procedures, provide advice on service transition approaches and promote best practice.
You will ensure engagement with the Technology Services - Programme delivery teams to complete successful transition of services into the production environment and ensure process owners understand the impact of changes.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in technology services, infrastructure, application implementation & support, ITIL, Cloud technology and Vendor Management.
You should also have strong experience in legacy environment within Financial Services in payments / banking platforms.
