Our client , a leading IT Solution provider, and with the increased demand for IT resources within there large client base they are now looking for an Interim Head of Recruitment.
We are looking for an individual to bring the recruitment operations department to the next level.
The ideal candidate should be experienced across all the “best in class” recruitment practices with knowledge of the leading recruitment systems, reporting systems and other recruitment tools.
The focus of this position will be to review the existing recruitment function, outline your findings, develop a “best in class” recruitment solution, provide day-to-day management and leadership of the existing recruitment services.
• Manage the day-to-day recruitment operation
• Design, propose and attain approval for a new digital recruitment operating model.
• Implement the new operating model.
• Embed to an effective and efficient model.
• Develop and delivery critical success factors.
• 5+ years managing a recruitment team – setting team goals, KPI and weekly targets.
• MIS reporting – good knowledge of analytics platforms and reporting systems
• Strong knowledge of leading recruitment platforms and have Implemented a recruitment platform
• Good understanding or Digital Cloud Technology
• Strong Boolean knowledge
• Track record using social media tools & systems in recruitment
