Our client, a leading insurance organisation is recruiting for a HR Specialist to join their team on a 9-month maternity cover contract.
Reporting to 2 HR managers you will assist with:
• The end to end recruitment process
• Reviewing and developing policies and procedures
• Responding to employee queries
• Employee Relations matters such as grievances and disciplinaries
• Maintaining records and HR administration
• At least 2 years’ experience in a HR position
• Exposure to ER would be beneficial
• Strong administration and communication skills.
