Our client is a long established MANCO based in Dublin city centre. Due to ongoing growth across the business they are now keen to hire an additional Legal Counsel to the team.
This position will report to the Head of Legal and join a team of two lawyers.
This will suit experience Funds Lawyers with 2-6 years pqe.
You will be responsible for reviewing legal agreements and fund documentation in connection with the authorisation of UCITS and AIFs with the CBI.
- Drafting changes to template legal agreements in accordance with new legislative and regulatory requirements
- Researching and analysing new legislation and regulation
- Reviewing passport notifications for funds to the CBI
- Appearing at board meetings to present board reports and regulatory updates
In addition you will be given the opportunity to work on ongoing and new projects with the Head of Legal.
