Our client, a boutique but very established law firm in Dublin, is recruiting for a Senior Commercial Property Solicitor with min. 5 years pqe.
Option to work 4 or 5 days per week.

- Experience of transactional work such as acquisitions & disposals of mixed use, commercial and residential developments.
- Commercial property due diligence.
- Particular ability to negotiate and draft documentation underpinning commercial landlord and tenant relationships such as Leases, Licences, Deeds of Variation and Surrender.
