IT Business Analyst

IT Business Analyst  - DRC

In this role, you are responsible for liaising with the IT areas (technology services, IT Change and project sponsors teams ) and work with PM to define requirements and to facilitate the design of technology solutions to deliver change to the business.

You will work in the infrastructure / cloud change team and we want people with:

1. Over 5+ years working as a BA in both Agile and Waterfall project environment with 3^rd level degree or relevant experience.
2. BA qualification (e.g. BABOK, IIBA, ISEB) and advantage
3. Good knowledge of data mapping, capturing and documenting requirements and use cases

Responsibilities include:

1. Work with mainly IT area and stakeholders to develop Business Cases/Do-Ability assessments
2. Collaborate with key stakeholders to elicit requirements using techniques such as workshops, interviews, business process maps and data mapping
3. Produce accurate Business Requirements Documents and Functional Specifications
4. Identify and monitor potential risks, gaps and issues to minimise business and IT risk
5. Support all stages of testing through to UAT
