Our client, a leading Asset Manager are currently seeking a newly qualified accountant to join their Dublin 2 based finance team. Reporting into the FC and ultimately to the Group CFO who are both based in London. The hire will be responsible in assisting the corporate finance team with global remit.
Responsibilities:
- Company and group consolidated management accounts in multi-currency including complex intercompany transactions
- Supporting the production of consolidated and statutory accounts under UK GAAP/IFRS
- Liaising with auditors and tax advisors across multiple jurisdictions
- Liaising with the group’s financial control team based in London & Dublin
- Supporting the month end / year end accounts close process
- Running month-end reports and analysis against budget
Requirements:
- Degree in Finance or related area
- Newly Qualified Accountant or 1 - 2 years PQE (either in industry or in an audit capacity)
- Knowledge of accounting software’s like NetSuite or equivalent is an advantage
- Knowledge of IFRS/UK GAAP
